Come on JT! Bring it in for the real thing! By the looks of this photo, I can’t help but wonder if Justin Timberlake has a “don’t touch me” rule ala Avril Lavigne :/ You do remember this don’t you?
The bride’s father spotted Justin grabbing a bite to eat at The Omni Mount Washington Resort in New Hampshire and asked if he’d surprise Chesley Gaudet and Ryan Parks with a quick photo and it was nice of him to take the shot but I think they certainly look like lovely people worthy of an arm! Read more here.
Ps – Promise me the next time you run into JT, you’ll do this.
Justin Timberlake was presented with the first ever Decade award at this weekend’s Teen Choice awards. The award is meant to recognize “his continuous evolvement as an artist over the past 10 years”, plus this just happens to be the 10-year anniversary of his hit album FutureSex/LoveSounds. What a coincidence, right?
JT went full dad mode on this audience of kids, reminding them over and over that he is now old, dropping references to the Reverend Al Green (teen audience response – “huh?”) and slinging quotes from the late, great Muhammad Ali. He wore a buttoned up cardigan and rounded out his acceptance speech with a reminder to be nice to your parents.
Justin was playing in this Celeb Golf Tournament in Tahoe, when this hand reached out from the crowd and touched him!
Most news outlets are saying “slap” but I don’t think “slap” qualifies. Maybe they are describing it that way because it sounds more offensive/dramatic…however there should be no shame in saying you were traumatized by getting caressed JT! Read the details here.
Lesson learned: As much as you want to touch someone, probably best to keep your hands to yourself. My mom used to make me put my hands behind my back in retail stores for that exact reason :/
The official trailer for the upcoming Trolls movie dropped this week, featuring the voices of Justin Timberlake and Anna Kendrick as the tiny lead characters.
Other featured voices include Gwen Stefani, Zooey Deschanel, James Corden, Russell Brand, Icona Pop, Ron Funches and Kunal Nayaar. Buuuuuuut we have to wait until November 4th to see it in theatres. That’s also election week, so keep in mind, we all might need some cheering up at that point.
Until then, you can check out Justin’s theme from the flick – Can’t Stop The Feeling joins the top 5 on this week’s Slacker Top 40!
Music video releases are so complicated in 2016. A single video isn’t good enough – no one wants to wait around while you get a full production team together to shoot that. Enter the lyric video. And Justin Timberlake is taking it one step further – he gave us a “first listen” to his song from the Upcoming Trolls movie:
Then we got a “teaser” for the official vid:
And now, it’s finally here! Watch this one & dance your butt off!
And if that’s not enough, watch this JT medley including Can’t Stop The Feeling from the Eurovision finals!
